Providing leadership and organizational strategy, professional development for teams, and authentic Montessori education practice, Molly brings a 25 year career-long dedication to ECE, the Montessori Method, and especially, the children and community we serve. A 9-year veteran of Marin County’s Child Care Council board of directors, she is also founding head of Mandala Early Learning, several community childcare licensed Early Learning Programs and 20 years as a Director-Mentor for ECE teacher education programs. In addition, Molly is a former program director for multiple NAEYC accredited schools, a former Montessori classroom teacher, and a member of the Reggio Emilia Round Table for Early Childhood Education Directors.
