Hawai’i Montessori Schools to host Pauahi Keiki Scholars Program Information Meetings.
–Hawai‘i Montessori Schools will be hosting information meetings about Kamehameha Schools’ Pauahi Keiki Scholars program.–
Lehua Kaulukukui of Kamehameha Schools will be providing information sessions about the Pauahi Keiki Scholars program at Hawai‘i Montessori Schools Kamuela and Kona Campuses. The sessions will begin at 5:00 pm and will be held at the Kona Campus on Monday, March 31st and at the Kamuela Campus on Thursday, April 3rd.
If your child is of Hawaiian Ancestry and was born in years 2009, 2010 and 2011 they may qualify as a recipient of Pauahi Keiki Scholars (PKS). PKS assists families with tuition costs so that they can send their children to a preschool from Kamehameha Schools’ Collaborating Schools list.
Hawai‘i Montessori Schools (HMS) offers high quality early childhood education programs for children ages 15 months – 6 years old. Through the assistance of grants from foundations such as the County of Hawai’i Non-Profit Grant in Aid, the G. N. Wilcox Trust, the McInerny Foundation, and the Samuel N. and Mary Castle Foundation, Hawai‘i Montessori Schools is able to offer Financial Aid to qualifying families. HMS is accredited with the National Association for the Education of Young Children and is fully licensed with the Department of Human Services. Hawai‘i Montessori Schools has also been recognized as the “Best Preschool of North Hawai‘i for four years in a row.
